After years of working in Human Resources for global corporations, she decided to come back home and build something more personal, a local cleaning service that puts families and their homes first.

With a strong background in supporting people, Monica founded Maid Brigade of Round Rock to deliver reliable, trustworthy, and high-quality cleaning services with genuine care. She is deeply committed to serving her neighbors and helping local families enjoy cleaner, more peaceful homes so they can spend more quality time together.

When she’s not running the business, Monica enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She remains actively involved in her local community, always looking for ways to give back to the place she proudly calls home.
